Processing Time
All ready to ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or high-volume launch periods.

Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, please note that the item will ship once it arrives in stock.
Pre-order turnaround time begins once inventory is received, not from the original purchase date.
Estimated ship timelines for pre-order items will always be listed in the product description. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to this extended processing period.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will ship first unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
